I ordered a product (AWB# 80898128463) from CFC, but unfortunately received it in a defective condition. I immediately reported the issue with clear photos on the day of delivery. However, the support team insisted on an unboxing video, which I did not have, even though I had already provided sufficient proof of the defect.
It feels like the company is looking for reasons to reject genuine replacement requests, which is disappointing. Quality checks may be in place, but customers deserve fair resolution when issues are reported with valid evidence.
I hope the company improves its after-sales support and handles such cases more responsibly.
