Policy.

Return requests are valid only for 7 days
after you receive the product.

( Note: Returns can only be processed with an unboxing video.
Without an unboxing video, returns will not be processed. )

Eligibility
for Return

All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact without any missing contents including freebies if any.
Note - Used item can’t be taken as return.

Please allow 24 - 48 hours for a response after placing your return request. We typically reply within this timeframe.

Transparent
Cases

If you’ve removed the plastic sheet from your transparent case, the return can’t be accepted. Please ensure the plastic sheet is intact when returning a transparent case.

Claiming “Wrong items” “Missing items” or “Damaged items”

To claim a return for above reasons, please record an unboxing video at the time of delivery. Claims without this video cannot be accepted.

In case of an incorrect color, design or model ordered, a deduction of ₹50 will be applied to the refund amount.
Refund
& Process
Timeline

Once the returned parcel is delivered to our warehouse, we will perform a quality check, which may take 24 to 48 hours. If the quality check is successful, we will initiate the refund process, which may take 3 to 5 business days to appear in your original payment account.
Products valued at Rs. ≥ 399, combined or multiple returned items will only be refunded once they are received back at our warehouse.
Refund Reflection
Timeline

For refunds taken into source accounts via UPI & Wallet, your refund will reflect instantly (48 hrs in case of delay). Please note that for payments made via credit card, the refund process may take 3-5 days (longer than usual).
If you used any coupon or ordered 2 or more items and return one or more of them, the coupon will no longer be valid. The item you keep will be charged at its original (non-discounted) price. However, any prepaid discount will still be applicable.
