Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation requests must be sent before the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

How to
Cancel
You can cancel your Prepaid or Cash on Delivery order by sending an email to within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Cancellation Refund Process

For both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders, the refund process will be initiated within 3-4 working days, and the amount will be refunded to the original payment account.

The partially paid COD fee of ₹29 will be refunded only if the order is cancelled, returned or undelivered under any circumstances. Not refundable on delivered orders

Order Cancellation on Delivery Day

If a Prepaid or COD order is rejected during delivery, it will be marked as “cancelled” once it is on its way back to our facility. The refund will be initiated at that time and may take 3-4 working days to complete.

Refund Reflection
Timeline
Refund reflection time may vary depending on the original payment method. Banking and payment-provider delays can occasionally extend the timeline.

UPI & Wallet

Refunds to source accounts through UPI or Wallet will generally reflect within 2-3 working days. It may take longer in case of a payment-provider or banking delay.

Credit Card

For credit-card payments, the refund process will be initiated within 3-4 working days and may reflect within 5-7 working days. In some cases, it may take longer than usual.

Please send your cancellation request as early as possible because dispatched orders cannot be cancelled.
