4. Refund or Replacement:

Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying their condition, we will process your refund or replacement as follows:

  • Refund: If you choose a refund, it will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 4 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Replacement: If you opt for a replacement, we will ship the new item(s) to you at no additional cost.

5. Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and replacement.
